Prices are for the hire of the villa, and include:
- Electricity (other than for air conditioning).
- Swimming pool cleaning twice a week.
- Maid service at beginning and end of stay.
- Laundry ((towels & bedding changed weekly) beach towels are not provided).
20% deposit is required to confirm booking. The remainder to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday.
£200 returnable damage deposit is required.
Air conditioning can be paid for prior to holiday or when on site, and is £50 per week. All rooms have ceiling fans. If paying for air conditioning when on site, there is a small surcharge to cover the callout of the property manager to set air con up.

Payment is possible through, cheque, bank transfer, Paypal or Credit card.
Bookings by credit card can be made ONLINE through a secure third party site. All discounts are automatically calculated in the online booking process.
