"the property
was excellent. It was spotlessly clean and both well equipt and spacious
interior. The gardens are beautifly designed with a relaxing patio and
veranda. The large private pool was a really spectacular addition to an
already excellent property. The location of the property was good too
with only a short drive from the airport and all the major towns and
tourist attractions. The villa its self is in a small quaint village
which is close to a beach providing excellent swimming and snorkling
conditions during the summer months. the villas owner was extreamly
helpful throughout the whole booking experience and their information
folder (which was put together by them) was very usfull during our stay.
I really can't praise it enough, the whole experience was great and we
will surely stay there again."

"We have just
returned home from our holiday at Mandria Villa and I feel I have to
shout from the roof tops what a fantastic holiday we have had. The villa
was everything we, a family, could have wanted and more. After reading
the description and seeing the pictures on the website when we arrived
we felt like we already knew the villa such was the clear descriptions.
The Villa was clean and well equipped and was very comfortable. The
Villa is situated in a very pleasant village that has many ammeneties
and is a good base for touring. You actually feel more involved in
Cypriot life when choosing this villa in this location. Everyone was so
friendly and helpful. We have to say a huge thank you to Trevor and
Maureen for all your help with hire cars and answering any questions we
may have had. We look forward to visiting again very soon and would not
hesitate to recommend this Villa to anyone."

is close to lots of Restaurants and is set amongst a typical Cypriot
village. We will definitely visit again and Trevor was extremely helpful
with any queries. Thankyou."

"the villa was
fantastic and only a short drive from the airport which was lovely after
the flight!! everything that we needed and more was included with the
villa and the information pack provided was extremely helpful. the next
door neighbours were very welcoming and really helpful. it was only a
short drive into Phaphos where we found a few bars and clubs that were
good fun. the local taverns were nice and friendly for the nights we
decided not to cook, and the local shops although small seemed to have
catered for every amenitie. the villa was spacious even with six of us,
and having our own pool was brilliant. The owners of the villa were
really helpful and replied speedily to e-mails asking questions, they
were very friendly and made us feel very welcome in their home, much
better than a tour operator! all in all it was a fantastic holiday made
even better by the beautiful weather!! we would all definitely recommend
it!!"

"We went as a
party of 6 adults and a 10 month old baby. The villa had everything we
needed for a great holiday. Trevor, the owner, was so helpful, arranging
car hire and providing details of local English speaking doctors and
everything we might need to know when taking a baby abroad. The villa,
pool and gardens were really lovely. The neighbours were pleasant and
helpful. A short stroll took us to the village where the locals who own
the tavernas and little supermarkets were very friendly and welcoming.
We all agreed that we would like to return to Mandria for another stress
free holiday!"

"Spacious 3 bed
property as described on the website. Kitchen well equipped. Lovely
private grounds and good sized pool in quiet village with good local
amenities- lovely to be able to walk short distance to village centre
for drink or meal. Neighbours friendly and helpful. We took a toddler
and the villa and location was perfect for her (small park nearby too!)"

recomend this villa to anyone we had a lovely time. It was very well
equiped. Interior was very nice with lots of space. Pool was spotlessly
clean and was well maintained throughout the week. Everyone in the
village very freindly towards us. I would recommend hiring a car as it
is 10mins from paphos town. Would like to thank Trevor Carlile again as
he could'nt do enough for us. J Brocklehurst" |

"despite the
Ronseal adverts its not often you get exactly what it says on the tin,
the villa we rented from Trevor and Maureen was everything shown on the
website and more. I found Trevor to be very helpful, even on the
smallest of queries as this was the first time we,ed booked through the
internet and we were a bit cautious. Would we go again? yes, tomorrow
We,ve already recommed it family and friends Absolutely loved it!"

The holiday was fantastic the villa
is beautiful. Absolutely lovely villa,
gardens and pool. Home from home comforts. Friendly Tavernas on the
doorstep. Couldn't fault it. Owner extremely helpful via email and
does everything to make your stay enjoyable.
We met the neighbours, they
were very welcoming. George's Taverna was really handy we enjoyed
our meals there, in fact everything was perfect and just as you
said.
I couldn't believe how warm the
pool was, we spent most of our time at the villa in the pool. The 4
year olds loved it, the nervous one finally learnt to swim unaided
and the other who could swim but didn't like water on her face was
able to dive down.
Would certainly recommend to
friends and would love to stay again.

| Only a few minutes
from the airport, a short drive to Paphos and to golf courses, two great
value Tavernas a short stroll away and all this combined with a lovely
villa - what more could you want?
we did indeed have a wonderful
holiday...
We managed to get to golf a couple of times
and really did enjoy it tho' it was incredibly hot even in the late
afternoon/evening when we played - at least I could use heat exhaustion
as an excuse for a poor score!

in on days we didn't go out, with a very inviting sparkling clean pool
to cool us down. Every comfort was provided, including a very good
`welcome pack` a joy to be in."

an excellent holiday, great location ideal for quiet holiday but Paphos
easily accessible. Really enjoyed ourselves. Good
neighbours.
we had a great
holiday and thoroughly enjoyed the Villa and its amenities. Mandria
Village was excellent. My husband and I spent our honeymoon in Paphos
some 15 years ago and we showed the kids the hotel that we stayed in and
just had a really good family holiday".
